. Best part is that the property is near Namdaemun market and some big shopping malls just a 3 minutes walk from the property. Subway is everywhere so I guess those who wanted to have a very good location might as well choose this but for my opinion.

I do not like the bed and pillows it was all uncomfortable I have back pains and chronic leg pains because I am always lack of sleep because I do not like the pillow and bed plus I do not like it here due to the fact that the lift is at least 10 steps more from the main door and it is hard to bring all our luggage's upstairs.We need to climb 10 steps stairs.

Good location bad accomodations

The location is really good, close to subway stations, and department stores, and a nice street market.

The building isnt in a good shape, when i arrived the elevator wasnt working, the toilet vase was sinking, and there was a gap under the shower box wetting all the toilet floor.

The picture that they have in booking.com is not the actual one when you are looking for it. The real name is hotel cozy myeongdong and not Hotel myeongdong. The room is small and the wifi sucks.

Location of hotel

Room make up team did not change the beddings for 5days. Same bedsheets, comforter, and pillow cases for our 5days pf stay and it was not that clean. No water provided on the next 4 days, water was available at the room only on the first day.

회현역에서 가까워서 명동이나 남대문시장을 걸어서 갈 수 있었고 바로 근처에 편의점도 있어서 편했습니다.

어메니티가 부족했습니다. 일회용 샴푸, 바디샴푸, 비누만 있었네요. 필요한 건 미리 준비해가시길...그리고 아침에 룸 청소하는 소리가 시끄러워서 잠이 깰 정도였습니다. 방음이 그리 좋지 않았어요.

Location is very good.

Location is very good. Close to subway and major shopping places. After hearing my complains about room size and verifying that room size was different in booking.com description the hotel management compensated me 1 day of stay. That was very nice that they recognize mistake and promissed to correct misinformation. Thanks to Mr.Baek, hotel owner son. So I am satisfied how they delt with this issue.

The room size mentioned in booking description was different from real room size. Instead of 21m2 I found room size to be 12m2. You can hear other people in next rooms. Room needs to be cleaned and bed shits renewed. Bathroom was small without bathtub. It was difficult to find the hotel because there were not visible signs in English of hotel name.

Only 1 elevator available for 2 hotels in same place to use including cleaner.. need to wait long time.

Wonderful, memorable, exciting and relaxing

The hotel was great value for money in a great location close to everything and super easy to navigate around the city. The thing that really sets this place apart however is the staff! They are all so wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay the best they can. Every interaction was above and beyond and we loved the breakfast they included, was a great touch. Could not highly recommend this place enough. Thanks again for making our trip so wonderful. Especially Andy in reception he is amazing at his job

The location is very good.

The hotel is old and not clean and also be careful they have normal shower only in some of the rooms especially the room with 3 beds. And there are windows but you can not open them so there is only air condition if you want some air. And the elevator is allways busy since there is 10 floors and a lot of rooms.

Bed was reasonably comfortable.

Bed was reasonably comfortable. The air was awful in the room due to no window, but it was fine after letting the air condition run for a bit. The room was clean and towels changed, trash taken out and bed made nicely every day. The people at the front were nice and helpful. Super cheap accommodation in awesome location, so it was really good for considering how cheap it was.

The air in the room, but it’s to be expected from a windowless room. Could hear people in the other rooms, but it’s to be expected in Seoul so didn’t really bother me much.
